If an IP address has recently changed this may be a temporary problem
which might resolve itself all on its own once the DNS
cache expires and your computer is using the correct IP address for the
site you are trying to reach. Sometimes rebooting your computer can help or if you
use Windows 2000 or XP the MSDos command "ipconfig /flushdns" will purge your
computer's DNS cache. Your ISP's DNS server may have an old address in its cache
in which case you may receive old address again until their DNS cache expires
or the offending DNS server is restarted..
If you are absolutely certain you have the correct URL
and the site should be active you can email webmaster at railfan.net
with the details if the site is still unavailable after you check back
in a couple of hours.
Sorry for the confusion, please try back again in a little while.
